Who

We are high school students all across the world committed to educating everyone, especially the younger generation, about the foods we eat for a better understanding of food consumption. We believe that being educated about foods, including knowing how they affect us and why we choose or avoid them, at an early age is key for a healthy lifestyle.

What

Our mission is to provide evidence-based information for everyone to understand, no matter the age. We are currently developing our ingredient index and food database as there are still many ingredients we still have to explore.

How

When researching about food, there is a lot of misinformation spread everywhere online. From this misinformation, biases of products arise and stray people away from what is fact, causing an unnecessary strain in our relationship with food. We feel it is important to create a good relationship with food, so we strive to provide as much evidence-based information as possible.

Why

To achieve our mission, we discuss ideas and projects to advance our goals, conduct research surrounding ingredients present in foods we eat, and create informative social media content to educate our audience. We are also currently growing our network of healthcare professionals to check our research so that it is as accurate as possible and planning to take on more projects in the near future.
