Rachel Adam

I’m a high school junior (‘24) from the suburbs of New York City. As an editor at Trace Organ, I'm excited to combine my writing skills and knowledge of nutrition to encourage fellow teens to make healthier food choices. I love cats, visiting new restaurants with my friends, and listening to music. In the future, I hope to study food science and contribute to a more sustainable world.
