I’m from BC, Canada, and I love food. I love to try something new, even if it pushes my out of my comfort zone. I started Trace Organ to learn more about what’s in my food and how I can help myself and everyone around me be aware of our health.

I founded Trace Organ to educate everyone, especially youth, on how to understand food so that it can benefit our health for the better and hopefully decrease the risk of diseases and conditions for everybody.
